Job summary

You will identify sales opportunities and refer clients to sales staff, while staying updated on policies and procedures.

You will resolve loan-related inquiries, perform account maintenance with accuracy, and strive for first contact resolution.

• Perform account transactions and maintenance accurately
• Aim for first contact resolution of inquiries and transactions
• Escalate requests requiring additional knowledge to leadership
