Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an in-person Client Services Advocate to engage clients in the lobby, educate on self-service banking, and efficiently process cash transactions. You will build relationships, educate clients on banking solutions, and help meet financial goals.

The role requires a strong work ethic, ability to handle cash, and a willingness to work weekends or extend hours as needed. Training and development are provided to support growth in a collaborative, compliant environment.

• Weekend and/or extended hours work and travel to any financial center location within a reasonable distance
