Job summary

Truist is seeking a Regular Universal Banker to deliver a distinctive client experience while handling diverse transactions and maintaining accurate records. The role supports outbound calling and IRM activities, helping clients access digital banking tools for a smoother experience.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, 2 years in teller/cash handling or client service, and at least 6 months in client relationship building or sales. Weekend availability and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months of client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and use PC software.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience by handling transactions accurately and with courtesy.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service banking options (ATMs, Online, Mobile).
• Assist with outbound client outreach and identify needs or opportunities for referrals.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist solutions.
• Participate in Retail Leadership routines and continuous training.
• Adhere to internal controls and policies and stay informed on changes.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
