In this role you will expand lending and basic investment interactions, coordinate with Mortgage and Business Banking partners, and participate in more complex conversations.

Qualifikationen

• Education level required: High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent.
• Minimum experience required: 4 – 5 years customer service and sales experience.
• Ability to train and mentor others, including products and platform procedures.

• Sales Target: Help team reach growth targets in deposits, loans, and non-interest income, with right referrals to the right team members.
• Client Experience: Resolve account questions or complaints and deliver client engagement and education.
• Risk Management: Conduct transactions accurately and compliantly to minimize losses.
• AdditionalAccountabilities: Handle moderately complex projects and ensure regulatory compliance.
