You will manage operational controls, ensure compliance with BSA/AML requirements, and develop staff to strengthen customer relationships and community presence. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; AA or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong professional communication, report writing and presentation skills.
• Sales results experience and ability to meet goals.
• Must be NMLS registered or willing to register; background checks required.
