Qualifications

• NMLS registration or willingness to register
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and cashier's checks
• Open new accounts and perform maintenance on the Bank’s platform including debit card issuance
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and related policies
• Assist in end-of-day balancing and ATM/cash recycler operations as needed
• Support mobile, online banking, and digital channel education for customers
• Meet or exceed sales goals and participate in business development activities
• Refer clients to other banking lines (AMTI, Commercial Banking) as appropriate
