Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor or leadership experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Personally models the Bank's mission and standards.
• Assess financial needs of Banking Center clients and make appropriate recommendations.
• Promote a sales culture within the banking center.
• Demonstrate ability to sell and cross-sell Bank products and services.
• Manage day-to-day operations including audits, reports, cash items and control of over/short.
• Provide coaching and training to staff to identify referral opportunities.
• Schedule staff and conduct regular team meetings.
• Evaluate staff performance in coordination with higher management.
