Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisor or leadership experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises banking center to ensure proper day-to-day sales, service and operations.
• Trains and develops the staff
• Assists Banking Center Manager or District Manager in promoting a sales culture
• Personally models the standards of the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
• Effectively assess the financial needs of Banking Center clients and make appropriate recommendations.
• Contribute to goals by promoting the sales culture within the banking center.
• Demonstrates ability to sell and cross-sell the Bank's products and services.
• Manage operational aspects of the banking center, including audits and reports, cash levels, and control of over/short.
• Promote a sales and service culture and provide coaching and training to staff.
• Schedule staff, conduct regular sales and operational meetings, and monitor performance.
• Understand roles within a retail Banking Center and ensure adherence to policies.
