Qualifications

• 1+ year banking experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor or leadership experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Personally models the bank's mission and customer service standards.
• Supervises banking center to ensure day-to-day sales, service and operations.
• Trains and develops staff to meet goals and expectations.
• Promotes a sales culture and cross-sell products and services.
