Job summary

Responsibilities include coaching staff, conducting regular team meetings, handling audits and reports, and promoting a sales culture while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisor or leadership experience required.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises banking center to ensure proper day-to-day sales, service and operations.
• Trains and develops the staff
• Assists Banking Center Manager or District Manager in promoting a sales culture
• Promotes a sales and service culture within the banking center and assists with coaching and training to identify referral opportunities
• Maintains confidentiality of employee and customer information
• Conducts regular sales and operational team meetings
• Evaluates performance and supports managerial evaluations
