You will spend significant time on outside business development and community involvement, ensuring exceptional customer experiences and compliance with bank policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of supervisor or leadership experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Personally models the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
• Assess financial needs of Banking Center clients and recommend solutions.
• Lead and manage sales to meet and exceed goals for loans and deposits.
• Develop small business relationships through outbound calling and referrals.
• Oversee branch operations, audits, and staff training.
• Recruit, coach and develop banking center staff.
• Engage with the community and local organizations.
