WesBanco, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in Fort Lauderdale to deliver outstanding customer service, open new deposit accounts, and identify opportunities to promote bank products.

You will connect with customers to assess needs and refer them to relevant partners for enhanced financial solutions. The role involves outbound calls for onboarding, prospecting new Retail customers, and promoting Retail banking products while maintaining strict security and compliance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1 year of banking experience preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of Cash Handling, Sales or Customer Service experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Models the Bank's Mission, Vision, and Pledge.
• Assess customers' financial needs and refer to partners for products and services.
• Process financial service transactions accurately.
• Open new deposit accounts and manage a cash drawer with proper balancing.
• Comply with security and audit procedures.
• Achieve production and referral goals through outreach, partner referrals, and onboarding calls.
• Collaborate with branch staff to promote a team environment and meet goals.
• Promote bank products and referrals as per location goals.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguard customer information.
