Responsibilities include leading a team, managing access controls, coordinating audits, and cross-selling with bank partners to strengthen client relationships.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience or an equivalent education/experience mix.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee center cash operations including cashboxes, vault, ATM, and TCRs to ensure center cash is managed, balanced, and secured within the established limits following bank policy.
• Process client transactions accurately and efficiently and use sound judgment when approvals and overrides to safeguard against fraud and errors.
• Communicate critical policy, procedure, and compliance updates to the team.
• Manage access controls with proper dual control and secure handling of keys and sensitive assets per procedures.
• Mitigate risk by supporting cash audits and ensuring accurate record retention.
• Lead client experience efforts and resolve client issues promptly; support service needs to ensure minimal wait times.
• Cross-sell and refer to bank partners to grow business and deepen client relationships.
• Maintain workflow and scheduling for associates; coach and lead transactional processing team.
