Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or two years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required upon employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities, including selling skills certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with a memorable experience.
• Understand Fifth Third products, services, processes, and resources to guide the team.
• Lead consultative sales to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with comprehensive Financial Needs Assessments.
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategies.
• Foster a One Bank culture collaborating with partners.
• Participate in community activities and adhere to company ethics policies.
