Job summary

Fifth Third is seeking a Financial Center Manager Associate in Myrtle Beach, SC to participate in a structured on-boarding program with rotations across Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, Preferred and Sales & Operations Management. After training, the FCMA will be placed in a Financial Center and lead a team to deliver a memorable customer experience.

Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration through the NMLS.
• NMLS MU4R questions and registration information are provided.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one through program completion.
• Develop Consultative Selling Skills and deepen consumer and small business relationships.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third's products, services, processes, and resources.
• Lead and coach a team reinforcing core values and business strategies.
• Cultivate a One Bank culture with business partners.
• Participate in community service activities.
• Follow the Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies.
• Assist with additional duties as assigned.
