Job summary

Fifth Third Bank, National Association in East Lansing, MI is recruiting for a Financial Center Manager Associate (FCMA) training role. The program rotates through Operations, Sales & Service, Lending, Small Business, and Management tracks to prepare you for a Financial Center leadership position.

You will complete onboarding, build deep customer relationships, and learn to lead a team while aligning with Core Values and business strategies.

Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• Requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at employment through NMLS.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities through program completion.
• Build consumer and small business relationships by delivering memorable customer experiences.
• Develop knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes and resources.
• Lead the consultative sales process to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Create integrated book of business strategies and Financial Needs Assessments (FNA).
• Source, coach and lead a team that reinforces Core Values and business strategies.
• Foster a One Bank culture and collaborate with partners.
• Participate in community service activities and uphold policies and ethics.
