Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• S.A.F.E. Act registration required at time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities to program completion.
• Deepen consumer and small business relationships through a memorable experience.
• Develop knowledge of Fifth Third products, processes, and resources to guide the team.
• Lead consultative sales to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Create an integrated book of business with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA).
• Source, coach, and lead a team aligned with Core Values and strategies.
• Foster One Bank collaboration with business partners; participate in community activities.
• Follow Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and related policies.
