Summary

This role oversees sales, production, profitability, and regulatory compliance of a banking center, ensuring delivery of quality customer service.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Strategic leadership: Coach, lead, and manage the team to execute initiatives; promote a positive culture and community involvement.
• Sales and business development: Implement advice-driven sales processes, build client relationships, and expand market presence through proactive outreach.
• Client experience: Deliver excellent service and resolve issues promptly.
• Team management: Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate staff; foster a collaborative environment.
• Compliance and risk management: Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and internal controls; promote risk mitigation practices.
• Operational efficiency: Lead operational excellence, monitor metrics, and control expenses.
