Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in sales, management, banking, or related lead/supervisory role.
• S.A.F.E Act registration required within 3 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and compliance of the banking center.
• Develop and implement aggressive sales/marketing strategy to drive deposits and loans.
• Nurture client relationships through outside calls and business development activities.
• Open accounts and process loan applications for consumer and business customers.
