You will learn consultative selling, build relationships, gain product knowledge, and develop leadership skills to lead a team and grow client relationships within a One Bank culture.

Qualifications

• College degree or two+ years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Demonstrates business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships.
• Gain knowledge of Fifth Third products, processes and resources to guide and lead the team.
• Execute consultative sales process to identify financial needs and propose solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business strategy with a Financial Needs Assessment (FNA).
• Source, coach and lead a team that aligns with Core Values and One Bank culture.
• Participate in community activities and follow company policies.
