Qualifications

• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships.
• Learn products, processes, and internal resources to lead the team.
• Use consultative sales to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with FNA assignments.
• Source, coach, and lead a team aligned with Core Values.
• Collaborate with partners to support One Bank culture.
• Participate in community service activities.
• Follow Code of Conduct and related policies.
