You will complete a Consultative Selling Skills Certification, deepen customer relationships, and learn to lead a team within a One Bank culture while upholding our ethics and core values.

Qualifications

• College degree or two (2) or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
• Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
• Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
• Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
• Exhibits business acumen.
• Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
• This position requires S.A.F.E. Act registration at the time of employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).

Responsibilities

• Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities including certification.
• Deepen Consumer and Small Business customer relationships with a memorable experience.
• Maintain knowledge of Fifth Third products, services, processes and resources.
• Lead consultative sales to identify financial needs and recommend solutions.
• Develop an integrated book of business with Financial Needs Assessments (FNA).
• Source, develop, coach and lead a team aligned with Core Values and business strategy.
• Cultivate One Bank collaboration with partners.
• Participate in community initiatives and uphold ethics policies.
• Support and mentor team development and performance.
