Qualifications

College degree or two or more years of leadership experience in a sales environment.
Ability to professionally represent Fifth Third Bank in verbal and written communication.
Capable of analyzing credit and financial information.
Ability to successfully execute and coach sales activities.
Exhibits business acumen.
Demonstrated ability in making sound decisions.
S.A.F.E. Act registration via NMLS.

Responsibilities

Complete FCMA roadmap and onboarding activities from day one to program completion, including certification.
Develop deep relationships with consumers and small business customers to provide memorable service.
Learn and maintain knowledge of Fifth Third products, processes, and resources to guide the team.
Lead and coach a team to implement proactive financial solutions for customers.
Cultivate a One Bank culture and collaborate with partners across the organization.
Participate in community activities and uphold the Bank’s Code of Conduct.
