WesBanco is seeking a Banking Center Manager to lead a full-time, in-office banking center location, with a focus on exceptional customer service and sales leadership. The role emphasizes relationship-building, outside business development, and community involvement in the Baltimore area, including potential placement at the Pikesville Banking Center.

Qualifications

• Requires strong customer service orientation and ability to lead a banking center team.
• Experience in banking, cash handling, sales and customer service.
• NMLS registration within 30 days of hire is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead Banking Center staff and provide coaching and training.
• Drive sales and service initiatives to meet goals.
• Conduct outside business development and community engagement.
• Oversee branch operations, audits and cash controls.
• Recruit, hire and evaluate staff; communicate expectations and results.
• Represent WesBanco in community events and partnerships.
