WesBanco/Bryans Road Banking Center is seeking a Banking Center Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will supervise staff, coach for success, and partner with business lines to meet client needs in person at the branch and in the community.

This role emphasizes outside prospecting, community involvement, and teamwork to grow deposits, loans, and referrals while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifikationen

• Assess the financial needs of Banking Center clients and recommend solutions.
• Lead and exceed branch sales goals for loans, deposits and referrals.
• Promote the Bank's products and services through coaching and training.

• Lead and manage by meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Develop and expand knowledge for small business banking.
• Oversee branch deposits and consumer loan production and growth.
• Maintain branch cash controls and audits.
• Recruit, coach and develop banking center staff.
