First Horizon Corp. is seeking a Banking Center Manager onsite in Tennessee. You will lead a retail banking center, drive sales growth, ensure customer service excellence, and manage a team to meet regulatory and operational standards.

The role focuses on strategic leadership, client relationships, and risk/compliance oversight to deliver financial guidance and support in a community banking environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Background check required and compliance with S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 and related regulations.

Responsabilités

• Strategic leadership: coach, lead and manage banking center team to execute initiatives.
• Sales and business development: establish and nurture client relationships and drive market growth.
• Client experience: deliver excellent service and promptly resolve client issues.
• Team management: recruit, train, develop and retain a high-performing retail banking center team.
• Compliance and risk management: ensure adherence to bank regulations, policies and ethics codes; complete required training.
• Operational efficiency: lead operational excellence and monitor metrics; manage expenses.
• Other job-related duties as assigned.
