Job summary

First Horizon Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager in Nashville to oversee sales, service quality, profitability and regulatory compliance for the banking center. The role includes strategic leadership, client relationship building, and team development to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach staff, drive a high-performance culture, manage operations, and ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• As part of the employment process, a background/credit check is required.
• Compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage Licensing Act and related regulations is required for continued employment.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and manage banking center team to ensure strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
• Develop client relationships and expand the client base through proactive sales and partnerships.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve issues.
• Oversee operations, control expenses and ensure regulatory compliance across the banking center.
