Job summary

First Horizon Corp. seeks a banking center leader responsible for sales, production, profitability and regulatory compliance. This role ensures quality, accurate, and timely customer service while guiding a team to high performance in a local Knoxville market.

You will coach, recruit, train and evaluate staff, align activities with First Horizon values, and collaborate with partners to drive growth and risk management. Onsite role with community involvement expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• As part of the employment process, a background/credit check and S.A.F.E. mortgage licensing compliance may apply.

Responsibilities

• Coach, lead and manage banking center team to ensure all strategic initiatives are executed effectively.
• Establish and nurture relationships with key clients and partners to expand the client base and promote One Team partnerships.
• Deliver excellent client experiences and promptly resolve client issues.
• Recruit, train, develop, and retain a high-performing retail banking center team.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment and provide regular coaching and performance feedback.
• Collaborate to ensure compliance with bank regulations, policies, procedures and risk controls.
• Lead operational excellence, monitor metrics and manage expenses to improve efficiency.
