Job summary

Busey Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager I to lead a larger banking center with a focus on sales, service, and operations. You will drive needs-based selling, supervise and coach staff, and ensure Service Excellence.

The role reports to Market or Regional Manager and collaborates with LOB leaders to deepen business relationships. Qualifications include 5+ years in banking or management, Bachelor’s degree preferred, and strong MS Office skills.

• Familiarity with mergers and acquisitions as it relates to retail banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead sales efforts to achieve banking center goals.
• Supervise, coach, and develop banking center associates.

• Oversee daily operations including cash handling and audits.
• Collaborate with market leaders to expand client relationships.
