You will mentor and coach the banking center team, set staffing plans with the Market Manager, and drive Service Excellence to hit quarterly and annual goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of banking or management experience in progressively responsible roles.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must maintain NMLS registration if lending activities are performed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

• Lead sales efforts to achieve banking center quarterly and annual goals.
• Oversee service and operations ensuring policy compliance and risk controls.
• Coach, supervise, and develop banking center associates for performance.
