Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the staff to identify the financial needs of customers.
• Set expectations and development plans for branch staff.
• Grow portfolio through cross-sell opportunities and client acquisition.
• Integrate business partners (Commercial, Small Business, Home Lending, Financial Advisors) into the team.
• Lead district initiatives to improve process and results.
• Review branch activity reports and ensure compliance with objectives.
