Qualifications

• Five plus years in sales management with a proven track record.
• Five years in retail sales and customer service roles.
• Requires NMLS registration under applicable laws.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and to lift 25–50 lbs.

Responsabilités

• Direct and develop branch staff to meet sales goals and service targets.
• Set goals, career plans, and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.
• Drive cross-sell opportunities and grow the client portfolio.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Small Business, Home Lending and FAs.
