Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Associate's degree in a related field and minimum 3 years of sales management experience.
• Minimum 5 years of retail sales and customer service experience.
• Strong math skills for credit/financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational and sales function of larger branch or stand‑alone banking centers.
• Lead the team to deliver an exceptional customer and team member experience.
• Manage scheduling and training to optimize branch performance.
• Ensure adherence to bank policies, compliance and security standards.
• May process consumer loan requests and resolve customer concerns.
