Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Must meet background and regulatory standards, including S.A.F.E. Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the banking team to execute initiatives and model a positive culture.
• Implement sales processes, coach activities, and grow the client base through local engagement.
• Deliver excellent service by resolving client issues promptly and effectively.
• Recruit, train, develop, and evaluate staff; provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure adherence to regulations, policies, and ethical standards; support risk management strategies.
• Drive operational excellence, monitor metrics, improve processes, and control expenses with Retail Operations.
