Qualifications

• Five years of banking experience and knowledge of financial institution operating policies and procedures.
• Two years of lending authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field preferred.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities including diagnosing and resolving critical situations.
• Receive and maintain NMLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Generate, maintain, and service profitable business and retail customer relationships.
• Grow the banking center via entrepreneurial management to meet financial objectives.
• Coordinate cross-sell opportunities with other lines of business (mortgage, commercial, etc.).
• Monitor income and expenses to maximize center profitability.
• Lead staff: recruitment, coaching, development, performance reviews, time-off approvals.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and internal policy adherence.
• Direct daily branch operations: quality control, security, audits, and procedures.
• Deliver timely customer service and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
