Responsibilities

• Defines long-term organizational strategic goals and builds key customer relationships.
• Prospects for new clients, identifies decision makers, and grows business opportunities.
• Represents the bank through exceptional customer service.
• Oversees banking center operations, ensures secure opening/closing and policy adherence.
• Sets internal performance objectives and monitors progress against them.
• Ensures staff compliance with Bank policies, laws and regulations including BSA/AML/OFAC.
• Guides staff in handling customer problems and complex requests.
• Directs staff in activities to ensure prompt and dependable service.
• Reviews staff performance and recommends salary adjustments.
• Coordinates staff training and provides backup for all banking center functions.
