Job summary

Red River Bank in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Banking Center Manager to lead branch operations, supervise staff, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will drive day-to-day activity, enforce policies, and maintain security controls within the Banking Center.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and effectively manage all aspects of branch operations, personally or through subordinates.
• Oversee auditing procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with procedures.
• Develop and manage loan and deposit portfolios while promoting new business and servicing existing customers.
• Ensure customer service standards are met and resolve account problems with customers.
• Supervise 2-10 Banking Center employees, including hiring, training, and performance coaching.
