Job summary

Home24bank is seeking a Banking Solutions and Support Manager in Baton Rouge, LA to lead the Banking Solutions and Support team and drive operational excellence across customer-facing operations.

You will shape strategic enhancements, oversee performance, governance, and service levels, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve the banker and customer experience while ensuring scalable, well-governed processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in banking operations, customer-facing support, or process optimization with leadership responsibilities
• Strong knowledge of banking systems, products, services, and customer-facing operations
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive continuous improvement
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to partner cross-functionally and influence outcomes without direct authority

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management oversight for Banking Solutions and Support team, including performance management and workload planning
• Set expectations and standards for high-quality operational support and process optimization
• Oversee day-to-day support for banking centers and customer-facing teams; manage escalation paths and service levels
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and communication channels for visibility into priorities
• Ensure governance, documentation, and standard operating procedures across customer-facing operations
• Guide resource planning and sequencing of initiatives with Support and Optimization Leads
• Provide executive oversight for strategic projects, risk management, and outcomes
