Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in banking industry.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience.
• 2-3 years of operational experience within a fast-paced environment.
• 4+ years customer service experience.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Master account opening process and client maintenance.
• Be the expert for operational, procedural, or customer service issues with quick decisions.
• Oversee RBI and RBII training relating to transactions, account opening and maintenance.
• Lead onboarding of sophisticated product lines for commercial and treasury clients.
• Coach staff on branch security and risk controls per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with Banking Center Manager to address branch issues and improve performance.
