MVB Financial Corp. is seeking an Assistant Banking Center Manager in Reston, VA. The role supports the Banking Center Manager, ensuring smooth operations, excellent client service, and effective relationship development within the branch portfolio.

The position emphasizes day-to-day branch operations, staff training, and adherence to policy and risk controls while supervising service quality and contributing to sales in the designated portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in banking.
• 2-3 years of leadership experience.
• 2-3 years of operational experience in a fast-paced environment.
• 4+ years of customer service experience.
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Master account opening processes and client maintenance.
• Serve as the ops and customer service expert in the banking center.
• Train RBI/RBII staff on transaction processing, account opening, product knowledge, service standards and policies.
• Onboard sophisticated product lines for commercial and treasury clients.
• Use computer programs and branch automation tools to assist clients and manage workflows and communications.
• Lead with a focus on sales, service, and risk controls to meet branch objectives.
• Promote branch culture of quality and continuous improvement.
• Develop new business and retain existing clients.
