Job summary

b1BANK in is seeking a Banking Center Manager to lead a branch services team, drive growth, ensure exceptional client satisfaction, and ensure adherence to policies and performance targets. The role covers teller duties, client services, and management responsibilities, with a focus on community engagement and deposit/loan growth.

Ideal candidates will have a minimum four years in banking, at least one year in a leadership role, and a high school diploma (Bachelor’s degree preferred).

Qualifications

• Four years of banking experience is required.
• One year of leadership experience is required.
• Bilingual may be preferred.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• Exceptional time management, communication, client experience, and computer skills.
• Professional appearance and courteous manner.

Responsibilities

• Refers to teller duties: assist clients with transactions, balance drawers, resolve discrepancies, and answer questions.
• Provide client service by onboarding new clients and managing existing accounts (open/close accounts, issue cards, check ordering, online banking setup).
• Lead a banking center team, track and report transactions, ensure compliance with policies, and supervise scheduling and performance evaluations.
• Support business development by growing deposits and loans and meeting annual goals.
• Represent the bank in the community and promote a positive environment for staff and clients.
