Camden National Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager in Maine to lead the banking center, drive sales goals, and manage staff in the manager's absence. The role requires strong product knowledge, relationship-building, and the ability to recruit and develop a high-performing team.

The candidate will ensure service excellence, oversee risk and compliance, and promote CRA policies while maintaining day-to-day facility operations.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a four-year college degree; 2–5 years of similar or related experience.
• Working knowledge of financial, commercial and/or technical practices.
• Ability to read, interpret, and write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsabilités

• Contributes to the success of the banking center by meeting or exceeding individual sales goals.
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of bank products and solutions.
• Employs trusted-relationship skills to acquire, expand and retain customer relationships.
• Participates in workforce management including recruiting, development and engagement.
• In the absence of the Banking Center Manager, oversees staff to ensure performance meets goals; coaches and motivates staff.
