- Oversees and directs activities of banking center staff to meet goals.
- Leads service and sales management efforts.
- Manages the office, and oversees risk and compliance.
- Develops staff through recruiting, coaching, and performance management.
- Engages in business development to acquire new relationships and expand existing ones.
- Assess local market conditions and identify sales opportunities.
- Coordinate loan applications and policy adherence for credit products.
- Promote CRA policy and maintain facility operations.
