Ideal candidates have retail banking experience and supervisory skills, with a bachelor’s degree preferred. The role emphasizes training, performance, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum two years bank retail experience and one year supervisory experience.
• Internal: experience as Retail Relationship Banker and/or Personal Banker Supervisor; training required.

Responsibilities

• Manage Banking Center in the absence of the manager.
• Ensure compliance and quality in customer information and processes.
• Assist in delivering quality customer service and staff guidance.
• Mentor new Retail Bankers and ensure mentoring program adherence.
• Coordinate communications on operational issues and assist with sales meetings.
• Meet performance standards including loss control and compliance.
