Job summary

WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Advisor at our banking center in New Albany. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling account transactions, and identifying opportunities to promote bank products and services.

Responsibilities include opening new deposit accounts, processing transactions, and making qualified referrals to internal partners. Outbound calls support onboarding of new Retail customers and relationship development.

Qualifications

Minimum of one year of banking experience preferred.
Minimum of three years of cash handling, sales and customer service experience preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer following balancing procedures.
Provide excellent customer service and identify opportunities for referrals.
Promote bank products and services and refer customers to partners as appropriate.
Conduct outbound calls to onboard new Retail customers and promote banking products.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and internal partners to meet banking center goals.
