Job summary

WesBanco seeks a Customer Service Advisor to foster a positive banking center environment, assist customers with transactions, open deposit accounts, and identify sales opportunities. You will promote WesBanco products, refer customers to partners, and support branch operations with accuracy and compliance.

Daily responsibilities include outbound onboarding calls, building relationships, and ensuring exceptional service while meeting referral and production goals in a community-focused banking
