Responsibilities

• Open new deposit accounts and operate a cash drawer with accuracy.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues professionally.
• Identify referral opportunities and promote products to customers and partners.
• Conduct outbound calls for onboarding and new Retail banking relationships.
• Maintain security procedures and compliance in daily operations.
• Collaborate with branch staff to meet production and referral goals.
