Heritage Bank NW seeks a Customer Support Specialist (Banking Call Center) for our Oak Harbor office. You will warmly greet callers, handle high-volume inbound calls, document notes, and process financial requests while building broad knowledge of bank products and services to inform customers of suitable options.

This full-time, onsite role requires flexibility for training and scheduling, with tiered hourly levels (Level I/II/Senior) and a strong benefits package for our team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; participation in bank education may be required.
• Level I: 6 months to 1 year in retail banking or bank operations with strong customer service focus.
• Level II: 2+ years in retail banking / call center with knowledge of online banking, account maintenance, billing, research, compliance.
• Senior: 3+ years call center experience with advanced technical skills in a service center environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers per Heritage Bank standards.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Handle full range of customer service telephone activities; respond to inquiries and escalate as needed.
• Resolve online service requests through research and navigation; escalate appropriately.
• Investigate and resolve problems for employees and customers via telephone or in person.
