Qualifications

• One year banking experience preferred.
• Two years customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Valley Bank products and services.

Responsabilités

• Handle initial customer contact on the phone and direct to the appropriate department.
• Develop and retain customer relationships through active listening and referrals.
• Monitor and maintain daily reports.
• Provide research and technical support for bill pay, online banking, remote deposit, and debit cards.
• Assist with account research, returns, fraud disputes, and check ordering as needed.
• Maintain records and safeguard systems and data.
• Follow up to ensure customer needs are fully met.
