The role requires 1–2 years of customer service, a high school diploma, and comfort with phone-based service. Training is provided; shifts span M–F 7am–8pm CT and Saturday 8am–5pm CT, with opportunities for monthly incentives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years customer service experience.
• Knowledge of basic banking products (checking, debit, credit).
• Ability to operate multiple computer systems to access client information.

Responsibilities
